Panther Securities (LSE:PNS) has completed the sale of its freehold warehouse on Padholme Road, Peterborough, to a local investor/developer for approximately £3.25m in cash, representing a roughly £250,000 premium to the property's current book value of £3m.

The 50,000 sq ft warehouse was purchased vacant and subsequently let in late 2023 at an annual rent of £345,000, but has been empty since June 2025, when the tenant exercised a rolling break clause added to the lease via a £500,000 variation premium paid in May 2024.

The proceeds will initially be held for redeployment into future property acquisitions, though no specific target has been identified.
