Eagle Eye Solutions Group (AIM:EYE), which supplies an AI-powered loyalty and promotions platform to consumer-facing brands, announced two new customer wins spanning North and Central America on Thursday.
The multi-year agreements with Stater Bros, a Southern California supermarket chain, and Auto Mercado, Costa Rica's largest supermarket chain, are together expected to generate initial base annual recurring revenue of approximately £0.8m once live, with scope to deepen over time.
Stater Bros will deploy Eagle Eye's Personalised Challenges tool to support its growth strategy, seeking to drive incremental sales across its stores through one-to-one personalisation, a deal the company said expands its presence in North America, one of its key strategic growth markets.
Auto Mercado, Eagle Eye's first client in Central America, will integrate Personalised Challenges into its existing loyalty programme under an initial six-month pilot, followed by a three-year contract if the pilot succeeds.
The wins follow recent contract renewals with Morrisons in the UK and Musgrave Group in Ireland, alongside go-lives at Subway, Kwik Trip and an unnamed UK health and beauty retailer, which the company said reinforce the commercial momentum built in the last financial year and provide a strong start to the new one.
"These two new customers are further evidence that Eagle Eye's proposition is resonating with leading retailers around the world," said Tim Mason, chief executive officer of Eagle Eye.
"They strengthen our position in the strategically important North American market and take us into Central America for the first time."
