Dianomi (LSE:DNM) plc (DNM) has formed a partnership with AI media infrastructure company Dappier to launch an advertising-monetised, AI-powered financial answers engine targeting financial publisher websites.

Dianomi brings distribution to the partnership: its network reaches 500 million devices per month across more than 250 premium publishers, according to the filing. The arrangement gives Dianomi what it describes as new "agentic advertising" opportunities within its existing publisher base and a potential entry point with publishers it does not currently serve.

Chief executive Rupert Hodson said Dianomi's role was to provide "the premium financial advertisers and global distribution across the world's leading financial publishers," adding that the partnership transforms "conversational financial intent into a scalable advertising opportunity." He noted the response had been "very positive" and that the company is "currently engaged in a number of discussions with major publishers and advertisers regarding potential pilot projects."

Dan Goikhman, CEO of Dappier, said the partnership with Dianomi ensures AI-driven publisher experiences "are distributed at scale and monetised effectively through deep financial advertising relationships," describing the combined offering as "a publisher-owned alternative to horizontal AI platforms — one purpose-built for the finance vertical."

Dianomi said the two companies together have the potential to create a "new sector-wide distributed AI answers network," though the partnership remains at an early stage with pilots yet to be confirmed.
