The tribunal overseeing Ascent Resources' Energy Charter Treaty claim against Slovenia has closed proceedings, with a final award expected before the end of June.
Ascent Resources (AIM:AST), the onshore US-focused oil and gas company, said on that the tribunal handling its Energy Charter Treaty arbitration against the Republic of Slovenia formally closed proceedings on 17 June.
The tribunal is now expected to render its final award before the end of this month.
