Asiamet clears final hurdle to sell KSK Project stake

Asiamet Resources (AIM:ARS) said all conditions precedent to completing the sale of Indokal, the subsidiary that owns 100% of the KSK Project, have now been satisfied or waived.

The AIM-listed miner is selling Indokal to Norin Mining (Hong Kong), and the two parties are now working through the final steps needed to close the deal.

Completion is expected shortly, the company said.

Asiamet will issue a further update once the transaction has completed.
