WH Smith (LSE:SMWH) announced that non-executive director Colette Burke will step down from the board on 30 June.
Burke has served for three years and Situl Jobanputra will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
"I would like to thank Colette for her contribution to the Board," said Simon Emeny, Senior Independent Director, adding that she had provided thoughtful challenge and valuable perspective during a period of significant change for the Group.
