Supersearch Plus (LSE:SSP), the Hong Kong-based frozen seafood importer and wholesaler listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange, will be unable to publish its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 by the required 30 June deadline, triggering a suspension of trading in its shares.

The announcement, made on 23 June, also disclosed the resignation of directors and the company's corporate adviser, compounding the regulatory pressure on the business.

No reason was given for the failure to meet the accounts deadline, nor was any revised timetable provided for when audited results would be available.
