Dianomi (AIM:DNM) told investors it expects to report revenue of £13.4 million for the six months to 30 June, up 2% on the £13.2 million recorded in the same period last year.
The digital advertising provider, which serves premium clients in the business, finance and lifestyle sectors, said revenue grew 4.5% on a constant currency basis.
Gross profit rose to £3.9 million from £3.3 million, lifting gross margin to 28.9% from 25.3% a year earlier.
The group expects a small EBITDA loss for the period, a significant improvement on the £0.6 million loss recorded in the first half of last year.
Cash stood at £6 million at the end of June, up from £5.7 million a year earlier and £5.8 million at the end of December, with the business remaining debt free.
Dianomi expanded its footprint with both CNN News and Associated Press during the period, adding units across new pages on their sites.
In April, the group launched Dianomi Interactive, a new ad format allowing audiences to engage directly within ad units, which it said has generated a pipeline of new campaigns from premium advertisers.
Dianomi also launched a dedicated Investor Relations and Corporate Communications vertical, backed by the appointment of a new Head of Insights, to meet growing demand from listed companies seeking to reach institutional, adviser and retail investor audiences.
"Ultimately, our products are only as good as our platform and so the decision by CNN News and Associated News to expand their engagement with us, is the strongest signal of the strength of our proposition," said chief executive Rupert Hodson.
