Clean Power Hydrogen (AIM:CPH2) has terminated and settled a subcontract dispute with Lagan MEICA relating to the company's 1MW MFE220 electrolyser project for Northern Ireland Water.

The UK-based green hydrogen technology company said the settlement provides a structured route to resolving the project's outstanding position and, if completed, would remove uncertainty that had been weighing on its operations.

The board said the outcome would allow CPH2 to refocus on its core strategy and future commercial opportunities.

No financial terms of the settlement were disclosed.
