"This is the first in a series of announcements to come as we reorganise the company into a far leaner and more focussed sales and stakeholder centric global business," said chief executive Stuart Robertson.

Incanthera (LSE:INC), the AQSE-listed dermatology and oncology group, has completed its acquisition of the énielle skincare assets first announced in June and is now merging the two platforms into a single "protect + repair" skincare routine.

The completion comes alongside a significant board reshuffle.

Laura Brogden, who has worked with the company since its 2010 spin-out from the University of Bradford, joins as Executive Chief Financial Officer.

Werner Bürki, who spent 25 years with SIX Group in Switzerland including a stint as CEO of the Swiss stock exchange, joins as a non-executive director tasked with leading corporate governance.

Caroline Murray, a board member since February 2022 with senior experience at Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi, becomes non-executive chair.

Brogden also takes on the company secretary role, replacing Suzanne Brocks, who steps down after 11 years and will be succeeded in communications by external advisers.

Chief executive Stuart Robertson described the moves as the first in a series of changes.

"This is the first in a series of announcements to come as we reorganise the company into a far leaner and more focussed sales and stakeholder centric global business", he said.
