Intercede Group (LSE:IGP) has won upsell orders and a renewal totalling c$3.8m from existing US Federal and UK Government customers for its MyID CMS product, received through the Group's channel partners.
The largest element is an upsell to an existing large US Federal Agency of new perpetual licences, including support and maintenance, totalling c$3.6m. There is also an upsell to an existing UK Government Department for new perpetual licences and support totalling c$0.1m, plus a support and maintenance renewal for an existing MyID CMS deployment in a large US Federal Agency of c$0.1m.
The company frames the wins as evidence of improving order intake as it enters the new financial year. "As outlined in our updates on 17 March and 9 April, FY26 revenues were impacted by procurement delays rather than lost opportunities. Today's update further reinforces our confidence that these opportunities were deferred, not lost, as our pipeline continues to convert.
The scale of upsell activity with existing US Federal and UK Government customers is particularly encouraging, providing a strong start to FY27 and strengthening confidence in the Group's ability to continue to deliver while remaining mindful of the current global environment," said CEO Klaas van der Leest.
