RC365 Holding (LSE:RCGH), the payment solutions and fintech group, said its subsidiary RCPAY has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Nexara Capital, a Hong Kong-incorporated financial services group.
The deal marks RCPAY's first client relationship with a Hong Kong group whose subsidiaries hold Securities and Futures Commission licences covering dealing in securities, advising on securities and asset management.
Under the agreement, RCPAY will provide multi-currency virtual accounts through its RC3.0 platform, subject to onboarding and compliance approval, alongside API integration to support automated data synchronisation and connectivity to Nexara's securities-trading infrastructure.
The partnership fits RC365's business-to-business-to-consumer strategy, which combines virtual accounts, payments and software-as-a-service tools to let corporate clients build integrated customer ecosystems.
Chi Kit Law, RC365's chief executive, said the agreement "provides a strong framework for future collaboration in virtual account services and payment technology" and strengthens RCPAY's capabilities as it expands payment infrastructure across Asia.
The agreement took effect on 22 July and runs for an initial one-year term, automatically renewing unless either party gives 60 days' notice.
Detailed service scope, currencies, fee schedules and API specifications will be agreed separately in writing before services go live, with the board expecting individual implementations to generate future commercial opportunities.
News Intelligence what this means for the company
RCPAY, RC365's payments subsidiary, has signed a one-year partnership with Hong Kong-regulated Nexara Capital to supply multi-currency virtual accounts and API integration for wealth-management services, effective 22 July. This is RCPAY's first client relationship with a Hong Kong financial services group; service scope, currencies, and fees remain to be agreed in writing before go-live. The deal fits RC365's stated B2B2C strategy of combining virtual accounts, payments, and SaaS tools, and the board expects individual implementations to generate future commercial opportunities—but no revenue figures, deal size, or exclusivity terms are disclosed.
The partnership validates RC365's RC3.0 platform capability in a regulated Asian market and advances the company's geographic expansion into Hong Kong wealth management. However, the agreement is early-stage (implementation pending compliance approval, service terms unsigned), runs only one year, and carries no disclosed financial commitment or exclusivity, so its materiality to near-term revenue or strategic positioning remains unclear.
