Amcomri Group (AIM:AMCO) has completed, through its subsidiary GridCore Electrical Services, the acquisition of the business and assets of the National Compliance and Testing division of the Infrastructure Solutions business of Enerveo (a subsidiary of SSE plc).
The company, which is self described as a "Buy, Improve, Build" specialist engineering services firm, with Enerveo adds compliance and testing services.
Amcomri highlighted that the deal fit its acquisition-led strategy, and follows a roll-up of 19 prior acquisitions comprising 15 operating companies and four bolt-on asset purchases.
