Journeo, the AIM-listed provider of intelligent systems for transport networks and critical infrastructure, said its subsidiary Infotec has received initial purchase orders worth £1.3m from GTS Rail Operations.
The orders cover legacy system upgrades and passenger information displays for platforms and stations on the Elizabeth line, operated by GTS on behalf of Transport for London.
They mark the first awards under a letter of intent for a broader programme valued at £2.55m, subject to final contract.
GTS, a joint venture between Go-Ahead Group, Tokyo Metro and Sumitomo Corporation, took over operation of the Elizabeth line on 25 May 2025.
Infotec will install new TFT and fine-pitch RGB LED displays alongside existing third-party equipment, managed through a content platform built on open industry standards.
The work spans 25 stations, combining on-platform displays with large-format summary arrays and integration of existing legacy hardware.
