Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust (LSE:SMT) highlighted an increase in the valuation of its holding in Anthropic as its investment manager, Baillie Gifford, lifted the company's net asset value to 1,401.09p at close of business on 24 April.
Baillie Gifford said the upwards adjustment was made in line with its policy for valuing private company investments and now means Anthropic comprises 2.5% of the trust's total assets, compared with 1.1% at 31 March, in a notice dated 27 April.
