ATC Music Group on Tuesday told investors that it is seeing a strong second half, with momentum across representation, technology-enabled services and live events, and what it called a very encouraging pipeline of confirmed activity through 2027.
The AIM-listed group, which runs an end-to-end music services platform spanning talent management, live touring, merchandising, e-commerce and digital engagement, reported six-month revenue of £30.6m for the period to 30 June, up 39% from £22.1m, with its adjusted operating EBITDA loss halved to £0.45m.
That growth was underpinned by the addition of Robbie Williams to its management roster in June and the integration of Push, the digital marketing and fan-engagement business acquired in March, both of which feature prominently in Tuesday's update.
Robbie and Radiohead boosts
Robbie Williams's Britpop Tour completed 11 shows across six Latin American countries, including his first concert in Colombia and returns to Chile and Brazil after eight and 20 years respectively, with demand strong enough to add extra dates in Argentina and Mexico, all three Argentine shows selling out.
The tour now moves to Australian stadiums.
Radiohead, an ATC management and merchandise client, saw demand for its planned 2027 tour of Australia and Japan materially exceed ticket availability.
At ROAM, the group's live agency division, Fontaines D.C. sold half a million tickets in 10 days for their newly announced album tour, including two nights at Slane Castle, while Ani DiFranco has joined the roster.
Technology is driving growth
"The Group continues to perform well and has a strong level of business confirmed through 2027, alongside growing interest from artists, managers and agents in joining us," said chief executive Adam Driscoll, adding that the technology layer built around Push "is already strengthening how we deliver for existing clients and the offers we can make to new talent."

ATC Experience's Barbican production of Hamlet Hail to the Thief held its sold-out first preview in October, building on advance ticket sales that had already reached £3.1m, or 41% of inventory, for its 12-week run as at 5 September, a figure the board had previously said was ahead of expectations.
