Anglian Water Services Financing has confirmed it has received the final £200m tranche of a previously announced £500m equity injection from shareholders.

The receipt completes the £500m shareholder commitment for Anglian Water, the UK water utility, and the proceeds will be transferred through the group to Aigrette Financing (Issuer), the unrated holdco borrowing entity, to repay £200m of bank facilities maturing in mid‑June 2026.

The final tranche follows earlier announcements on 23 May and 2 September, the company said in its RNS.
