Genflow Biosciences (LSE:GENF), the UK‑based pre‑clinical biotechnology group, in Thursday's financial results statement, highlighted its progress on its on SIRT6‑based gene therapies for longevity and age‑related diseases.

Reported cash reserves of £111,792 at 31 December 2025, down from £278,682 a year earlier, for the year ended 31 December 2025 compared with 2024. In the current reporting period, it supported the balance sheet with a fundraise of £800,000, in March 2026, meanwhile, the group remains debt-free.

In 2025, Genflow raised £1.37m through placings and subscriptions

Group administration expenses rose to £2m in 2025 from £1.91m in 2024 while research and development expenditure was £1.11m (2024: £1.15m), all recognised as expenses given the firm's research phase.

Grant income from Wallonia and other sources totalled £585,607 in 2025 (2024: £320,471), and the report notes receipt of the first tranche of the Wallonia funding in early 2026.

Operational progress included completion of the canine dosing phase in December 2025 with no adverse events observed, initiation of SLAB beagle trial follow‑up through July 2026, GMP production success for GF‑1002 and a strategic shift from AAV to mRNA/LNP delivery platforms.
