Premier Miton Group (AIM:PMI) said it will adopt a dividend policy to distribute 75% of adjusted profit after tax from the next financial year and declared an interim dividend of 1.5p as AuM fell to £9bn in the six months to 31 March.

The AIM-listed fund manager recorded net outflows of £1.3bn (HY 2025: £254m), adjusted profit before tax of £3m (HY 2025: £5.4m) and a closing AuM of £9bn (30 September 2025: £10.3bn), with Group cash of £24.6m and no debt.

Outflows were concentrated in a small number of underperforming international equity strategies, while fixed income and selected multi-asset and retirement income solutions delivered inflows and management reports improving short-term performance in several funds.

"We are seeing initial signs of stabilisation as performance improves and our actions take effect," said Mike O'Shea, Chief Executive Officer.

The Board has announced cost savings of £7.5m, and noted it expects to propose a further final dividend of 1.5p, subject to second-half trading, and says it will focus distribution and resources on strategies with demonstrable client demand.
