S-Ventures (LSE:SVEN) has announced it made a £200,000 strategic investment in Hybrid Drones to accelerate commercial deployment and scaling, taking a 2.67% equity stake in the company.

S-Ventures, the AQUIS-listed investment company focused on high-growth opportunities, said the funds will be used to accelerate commercial deployment and scale operations across multiple high-value sectors.

Hybrid Drones' Hydra platform has won Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) approval in the UK and secured Operational Authorisation from the Civil Aviation Authority after an in-house submission following an extensive development programme from Autumn 2025, validating the firm's regulatory and engineering capabilities.

The £200,000 stake equals 2.67% of Hybrid Drones and, implies a post-money equity valuation of about £7.49m, and the round includes participation from defence group MBDA.

Hybrid Drones will now seek to convert regulatory clearance into customer deployments and revenue as it scales operations.
