DP Poland (LSE:DPP) said it expects double‑digit system sales growth in 2026 after reporting revenue of £61.7m for the year ended 31 December 2025, up 15.0% year‑on‑year.

Group system sales at the operator of Domino's Pizza stores in Poland and Croatia rose 11.3% to £61.4m, like‑for‑like system sales were up 5.1% to £54.2m and adjusted EBITDA increased to £6.2m (EBITDA margin 10.1%), with pre‑IFRS16 EBITDA at £2.6m.

The Group reported a loss for the period of £4.3m, which primarily reflected increased impairment charges, higher depreciation and amortisation following the Pizzeria 105 acquisition and non‑recurring acquisition and conversion costs, and it closed the year with cash of £1.4m while holding undrawn financing facilities agreed with BNP Paribas.

Operationally, DP Poland completed the acquisition of Pizzeria 105 in March 2025 (90 franchised stores at acquisition), converted 13 stores to Domino's during 2025, sold 17 corporate stores to franchise partners, increased franchised Domino's locations from 13 to 43 (c.33% of Group stores) and operated 210 stores at year end (129 Domino's Poland, 6 Domino's Croatia, 75 Pizzeria 105).

Post‑period trading remained strong with Q1 2026 group system sales up 18.9% year‑on‑year and like‑for‑like system sales up 9.0%, converted Pizzeria 105 stores reaching 17 and franchised Domino's stores at c.35% of the network, and "We remain confident in the Group's long‑term growth opportunity across both Poland and Croatia," Nils Gornall said; management will present the results on a live investor webinar on 1 June.
