RC365 Holding (LSE:RCGH), the London-listed payment solutions and fintech group, said its Banking Virtual Account (BVA) services are now live across Latin America.

The services let customers open local collection accounts in six currencies: Mexican pesos, Argentine pesos, Brazilian reais, Peruvian soles, Colombian pesos and Costa Rican colón.

Six local banking partners support the rollout, including Hey Banco in Mexico, Banco Industrial in Argentina and FITS Instituição de Pagamento in Brazil. The offering runs on RC365's business-to-business-to-consumer model, delivered through its software-as-a-service platform, allowing partners to embed local collection functionality into their own customer products.

RC365 has built its business over more than a decade primarily in East and Southeast Asia through subsidiaries Regal Crown Technology and HC Capital, providing payment gateway and IT infrastructure services before expanding into digital remittance, foreign exchange and credit card solutions from 2021.

The Latin America launch marks a geographic step beyond that Asian base, ahead of stated plans to expand further into virtual banking and into the UK and wider Europe.

"We look forward to building on this initial rollout as we continue to expand the Group's international offering", said Chi Kit (Michael) Law, RC365's chief executive.

News Intelligence what this means for the company

RC365 has launched Banking Virtual Account services across six Latin American markets—Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Costa Rica—in partnership with local banks including Hey Banco and Banco Industrial. This extends the London-listed fintech's geographic reach beyond its decade-long Asian base into a new region, delivered via its B2B2C software platform that lets partners embed local collection accounts into their own products.

Investment case

The Latin America rollout advances RC365's stated expansion strategy into new geographies and virtual banking services, but the announcement contains no financial metrics—revenue contribution, customer numbers, or deployment costs—needed to assess whether this launch materially changes the company's growth trajectory or profitability outlook.
