The Mission Group (AIM:TMG), a collective of creative, sports and marketing technology businesses, has completed the final stage of simplifying its agency portfolio, the AIM-listed company said.

Mongoose, its sports and lifestyle organisation, has merged with Bray Leino Events to combine sponsorship, communications and experiential expertise with five decades of live events and brand experience delivery.

The combined Mongoose business will draw on more than 175 specialists and deliver over 250 experiences annually across more than 30 countries, led by Mongoose chief executive Chris O'Donoghue.

Separately, Bray Leino and krow Group have been integrated into a single B2C and B2B agency operating under the Bray Leino name since 1 September, led by Bray Leino chief executive Kate Cox, with more than 300 specialists spanning strategy, creative, media, data and production.

"The simplification of part of our portfolio under Bray Leino and Mongoose enables us to consolidate capabilities and leadership, and establish powerful Businesses across their respective markets," said John Carey, chief executive of Mission Group (AIM).

The moves follow an extensive review of the Group's structure last year, and mark the completion of that restructuring effort.
