The AIM-listed audio-visual firm said strong summer trading and growing recurring revenue underpin confidence in double-digit revenue and profit growth for the full year.

MediaZest (AIM:MDZ), the AIM-listed creative audio-visual solutions provider, said continued strong trading over the summer supports management's confidence in delivering double-digit revenue and profit growth for the current financial year and continued momentum beyond it.

The Group pointed to ongoing rollouts for blue-chip clients including Pets at Home, KIA, Hyundai, Lululemon and Arc'Teryx as evidence of its growing orderbook converting into revenue.

Its rollout of digital currency boards into UK post offices for First Rate Exchange Services passed 1,000 screen installations, with the total expected to reach approximately 1,500 screens, a target now pushed into FY2027 from an original summer 2026 completion.

Recurring revenue continued to grow, with customer renewals and new sites signed in the second half of the year, contracts ranging from one to five years worth a minimum of £700,000 and up to £1.1 million in aggregate, depending on criteria attached to one particular deal.

The company said it continues to meet debt repayment obligations under shareholder loan agreements renegotiated last December, strengthening its balance sheet and providing operational flexibility.

Management is also evaluating potential acquisitions to broaden the Group's offering, with discussions ongoing.

"We are in discussions with several potential clients which are expected to reach successful conclusion in H1 FY27 and I look forward to providing shareholders with further updates in the coming weeks," said chief executive Geoff Robertson.
