Big Technologies (AIM:BIG), the AIM-listed electronic monitoring and alcohol-tagging company, said it had been served with a Claim Form by former Chief Executive Officer Sara Murray.
The claim relates to a Litigation Update the company released on 12 September 2025, with Murray asserting she is entitled to damages for libel and other relief. The Claim Form does not quantify the damages sought, and the company said precise details will emerge only once particulars of claim are served.
Big Technologies said the September 2025 update was issued to meet its disclosure obligations as an AIM-quoted company under the UK Market Abuse Regulation and the AIM Rules, and that it took extensive legal advice at the time, in particular to mitigate any risk of a defamation claim.
Big Technologies said it will provide further updates as appropriate.
