Genflow Biosciences (LSE:GENF) shares moved up 13% to 2.825p, after it said it had expanded confidentiality agreements with Tier-1 animal-health groups reviewing data from its canine SIRT6-cent gene therapy programme.
The agreements widen the pool of third‑party evaluators reviewing data from the company's canine SIRT6‑cent gene therapy programme, and the interactions remain exploratory in nature.
"Our previously reported positive preliminary findings are now being evaluated by a broader group of counterparties under confidentiality agreements as part of an ongoing review of our canine programme," said Dr Eric Leire, Chief Executive Officer.
Genflow, a UK‑headquartered biotechnology company with R&D facilities in Belgium, is developing GF‑1002, a SIRT6‑centenarian gene therapy whose proof‑of‑concept clinical trial in aged dogs began in March 2025.
The company said these discussions form part of an ongoing evaluation process and that it will provide further updates as appropriate.
