Pulsar Helium (TSXV:PLSR), the primary helium company, said a third-party broker has circulated communications that falsely purport to set out terms of a private placement for the company.
The company said "these communications have no basis" and that it is currently reviewing regulatory and legal options to hold the third party responsible, in a statement responding to the rumours.
