Feedback plc (AIM:FDBK) says a planned central NHS decision on adopting its Bleepa platform across the service will be delayed by at least 6–9 months, but discussions with national stakeholders remain positive and may align with new frontline digitisation funding expected in 2026/27.
NHS England has extended Bleepa licences at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust — an annualised contract value of £495k — to cover the nine‑month period ending in December 2026, allowing the pathway programme to expand in Sussex while broader rollout talks proceed.
Bleepa usage at QVH is increasing in both users and use cases. The company has partnered with Patients Know Best to pilot an insomnia pathway and is in active talks with QVH on additional use cases, optimisation and funding this calendar year.
Feedback (AIM:FDBK) will not renew its photocapture contract with Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, which ended in March, to redeploy resources toward higher‑value pathway opportunities. It has also agreed a further annual extension with Northern Care Alliance to demonstrate internal pathway cases.
The board says cash is being carefully managed and, on current plans, provides a runway to mid‑2027.
"Despite the delay in the NHS's decision, we remain optimistic of a positive outcome. The additional funding to extend Bleepa licences at QVH demonstrates an ongoing commitment to our solutions." — Dr Tom Oakley, CEO of Feedback.
