The AIM-listed mine-waste recovery company has secured a single-investor subscription to advance its Kirkland Lake tailings projects and cyanide-free pilot plant.

Airborne survey work commissioned by Terra North Resources has identified seven radiometric anomalies at the Charlot-Neely Lake uranium project, in which Fulcrum Metals holds equity and royalty exposure.

Terra North Resources has begun a fully funded exploration programme on Fulcrum Metals' Saskatchewan uranium portfolio, targeting historic radiometric anomalies at the Charlot-Neely Lake project.

It has amended its Saskatchewan uranium option agreement, taking C$560,000 of deemed equity consideration in Terra North Resources instead of a scheduled cash and share payment.

"Interest from a specialist royalty provider represents an important third-party validation of both the project and its commercial potential," Smith said.

An updated resource estimate at the Tully Gold Project in Ontario has breached a contractual threshold, activating additional consideration worth over CAD$500,000 for Fulcrum Metals.

The non-binding agreement would give Chancery a 5% net smelter return on gold output from Fulcrum's Ontario tailings project, paired with a £200,000 equity subscription.

Fulcrum Metals has contracted Test Design Implement Solutions to deploy and operate a 2.4 tonnes-per-day pilot using Extrakt Process Solutions' cyanide-free leach to advance the Teck‑Hughes project and create a repeatable mine-waste recovery platform.

Soil sampling at Fulcrum Metals' Big Bear project returned a peak 1,460 ppb (1.46g/t) Au, outlined a regional 2km by 2km target inside a 3km gold corridor and leaves multiple permitted, drill-ready targets.

The London-listed small-cap will acquire five surface rights totalling 270 acres at the Teck Hughes tailings project for CAD$220,000 cash and a 1.5% net smelter royalty, securing land access for its tailings recovery programme.
