MedPal AI (AIM:MPAL), the AI-native digital health and pharmacy group, said its annualised revenue run rate reached approximately £28 million in August, up from £8.6 million in July and £5 million in June.

New Health, the Group's GLP-1 weight management clinic that began marketing in July, generated £1.83 million in August from 14,487 orders, an increase of 809% on July's £201,203 and up from just £15,496 in June.

On an annualised basis, New Health alone is now running at roughly £21.9 million, and the brand has attracted more than 16,000 purchasing customers since its June launch.

The Group said the growth has come entirely through organic trading rather than acquisitions, with customers won individually rather than through bulk acquisition of a customer base.

MedPal operates across three UK healthcare markets: NHS prescription dispensing, where its robotic hubs generate a gross margin of more than 27%; care homes, addressed through its eMARx medication records business at an approximate 82% gross margin; and private GLP-1 weight management through New Health, which carries a gross margin of approximately 25% after its introductory offer period.

"August was the month it all came together", said Jason Drummond, founder and chief executive.

"One customer, potentially multiple recurring revenue streams. This is what the Health OS was built for", he added.

MedPal AI shares soared 19.2% to 6.2p after the August run rate update.
