hVIVO (AIM:HVO) has launched a unified brand identity after integrating Venn Life Sciences, CRS and Cryostore, completing its strategic shift from a specialist services provider to a full-service clinical development partner.

The move is meant to simplify the group’s structure and give clients “one integrated team, clear continuity across the development pathway,” the company said.

The group will now organise activity into four service lines — Consulting, Clinical Trials, Human Challenge Trials and Laboratories — designed to shorten timelines and reduce handoffs. Consulting covers early scientific, regulatory and biostatistics input; Clinical Trials runs First‑in‑Human through Phase II and selected Phase III work via owned sites; Human Challenge Trials offer controlled efficacy readouts; Laboratories supply virology, immunology, biomarker analysis and biobanking. Services are delivered through wholly owned sites and labs in the UK and Germany.

“This rebrand reflects our strategic transformation into a purpose-built, full-service international clinical development partner, addressing the industry's need for faster, high-quality data that can de-risk drug development,” Yamin ‘Mo’ Khan, Chief Executive Officer, said.

hVIVO said the unified identity follows successful integration and that all operating companies will now trade under the hVIVO name.
