Great Portland Estates (LSE:GPE) secured £8.0 million of annual rent from 12 new Fully Managed lettings totalling over 41,000 sq ft, at an average of £195 per sq ft.
The transactions completed at an average of 3.7% ahead of March 2026 estimated rental value, underlining pricing strength and sustained demand for GPE's high-quality, flexible Fully Managed workspace offer.
"Securing over 41,000 sq ft of lettings ahead of ERV since March demonstrates both the strength of demand for our Fully Managed offer and the quality of our customer relationships," said Anthony Osho, Head of Flex Customer Relationships at GPE.
These latest deals build on recent leasing activity across the Fully Managed portfolio, including the pre-letting of over 13,000 sq ft at Elsley House, W1, and continued momentum at City Tower, EC2.
GPE is progressing the next phase of its Fully Managed pipeline, with The Courtyard, WC1 and The Howlett, W1 currently under construction and due for completion in 2027.
