abrdn European Logistics Income plc (LSE:ASLI) (ASLI) said it has completed the sale of its freehold warehouse in Noves, near Avignon, for €47.5 million as part of the company's shareholder‑approved managed wind‑down.

The asset, leased to organic food retailer Biocoop, was built in 2018 and comprises a 28,559 square metre lease area across four cells, two of which are treated as cold storage; the company said the price was "in line with the Company's independent Q3 2025 valuation by Savills."

"25 of the original 27 assets have now been sold, generating aggregate gross sales proceeds of over €507 million before the repayment of associated debt," the company said, adding that the two remaining assets remain subject to due diligence in ongoing sales processes.
