Strategic Minerals finds tin and tungsten beyond Redmoor resource boundary

Additional assay work on 2025 drill core has returned mineralised intersections north of Redmoor's modelled resource, while a second active drillhole advances toward target depth.

Strategic Minerals (AIM:SML), the AIM-listed international mineral exploration company, has identified new tin and tungsten mineralisation outside the currently modelled resource boundary at its Redmoor Tungsten-Tin-Copper Project in Cornwall, following additional analysis of 2025 drill core.

The new intersections, returned from 201 additional samples submitted from drillhole CRD041 to ALS Laboratories in Ireland, include 1.00 m at 0.67% tin, 0.20% tungsten trioxide and 0.09% copper from 291.10 m depth, a result that sits north of the Redmoor Sheeted Vein System and outside previously modelled resources.

The structure shows continuity with a previously reported interval in adjacent hole CRD040, suggesting lateral persistence in what the company describes as a newly identified tin-tungsten zone that will be targeted by future infill drilling.

Separately, drilling of CRD043 has concluded, with visual observations confirming wolframite, cassiterite and chalcopyrite intersections across the full extent of the Sheeted Vein System; 291 samples have been dispatched for laboratory assay, with results pending.

CRD044 is at 455.30 m of a planned 650.00 m depth and advancing to schedule.

Planning permission for an expanded multi-rig drill programme is described as well advanced, with additional rigs standing ready for mobilisation on receipt of approval.

"The project stands ready for another step-change in activities following successful receipt of planning permission," said Mark Burnett, Strategic Minerals' Executive Director.
