Watches of Switzerland Group (LSE:WOSG) said it expects FY26 adjusted EBIT of £152–£155m, ahead of previous guidance, as Group revenue reached a record £1,828m for the 53 weeks to 3 May.

The US remains the primary engine of growth with US revenue up 24% in constant currency to $1.24bn and now accounting for more than half of Group sales, while luxury watch sales rose 13% and luxury jewellery 18% in constant currency, underscoring the performance of the luxury watch and jewellery retailer.

Group ecommerce revenue grew 21% in constant currency, pre-owned sales rose 22%, Roberto Coin wholesale increased 22%, the Group invested £67m of expansionary capex on showroom projects and added Deutsch & Deutsch, four Rolex-anchored Texas showrooms that contributed £16m of revenue from the acquisition date.

"Looking ahead, we enter FY27 with confidence and strong momentum, supported by the strength of our differentiated model, our leading market position, and the enduring demand across the luxury categories in which we operate," Brian Duffy, Chief Executive Officer, said.

On an organic pre-IFRS 16 basis the Group guided FY27 revenue growth of 5-10% at constant currency and said adjusted EBIT margin is expected to expand 40-80 basis points from FY26, and it published an accompanying figure of £60-70m.

Net debt at the end of FY26 was £57m following the Deutsch & Deutsch acquisition and the Group plans to announce FY26 results on 14 July.
