The executive search and interim management firm pointed to encouraging trading and a robust pipeline, and is expanding headcount, with further hires expected to support fee-earning as the year progresses.

"We remain encouraged by our trading performance and by our robust pipeline, and reiterate our confidence in a further year of NFI growth in FY26, in line with expectations," Peter Searle, Chairman, said.

It added the situation in the Gulf and the UK political backdrop make quarter-to-quarter progress likely to be non-linear.

The company welcomed Annette Nabavi and Steve Wardell as non-executive directors and highlighted a recent 3-Star Best Companies "World Class" accreditation, measured by anonymous employee feedback.
