Guardian Metal Resources plc (NYSE American:GMTL) (LON: GMET, OTCQX: GMTLF) said it priced an upsized U.S. initial public offering of 4,444,400 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") at $13.50 per ADS, generating roughly $60 million of gross proceeds before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses.

The company, a US-focused explorer with tungsten assets in Nevada, said granted the underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 666,660 ADSs, which are expected to begin trading on the NYSE American on 20 March, under the ticker symbol "GMTL".
