Haydale (AIM:HAYD) announced a tie-up with fellow AIM firm Sabien Technology, which has entered a proposed commercial distribution relationship involving SaveMoneyCutCarbon, Haydale’s embedded B2B go-to-market platform, and that discussions remain ongoing with no definitive agreements.
The group said the potential tie-up provides further validation of the SMCC platform’s national deployment capability and supports Haydale’s strategy to scale energy- and water-efficient decarbonisation solutions across the built environment.
"The Board is pleased to see further validation of the SMCC platform, its national deployment capability and broader commercial strategy," the company said.
SaveMoneyCutCarbon operates as Haydale’s embedded B2B channel, providing a national sales, programme management and installer network and originating pre-qualified demand via long-term agreements with UK banks and utilities.
Haydale said it will make further announcements in due course should substantive commercial agreements be concluded.
