ITM Power (AIM:ITM), the Sheffield-based hydrogen electrolyser manufacturer, has appointed Oleg Williamson as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 24 June, replacing Matthias von Plotho, who resigned on the same day after approximately 18 months in the role.

Williamson joined Linde in 2022 as Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer, having previously held senior treasury positions at large industrial multinationals across three continents.

Chairman Jürgen Nowicki said he was "delighted to welcome Oleg to the board," adding that his "strong corporate finance and treasury background" would support ITM's growth ambitions.

Linde, the industrial gases group, holds a strategic stake in ITM Power and has maintained a nominated board seat as part of that relationship.
