Mitie Group (LSE:MTO) reported revenue of £5,619m for the 12 months to 31 March, up from £5,083m in FY25, with operating profit before Other items rising 13% to £264m and free cash flow increasing to £162m.
The UK facilities management, transformation and compliance group said organic growth was 5.3% and acquisitions added 5.2%, helping deliver a record order book of £16.3bn and a bidding pipeline of £31.7bn.

Basic EPS before Other items rose 7% to 13.6p while cash from operations was £290m, but statutory operating profit fell to £151m and basic EPS to 6.6p after £113m of Other items, including acquisition‑related amortisation and integration costs.
Business Services revenue rose 18% to £2,985m and Technical Services rose 3% to £2,634m, with Facilities Compliance up 115% to £421m following the c.£350m Marlowe acquisition and Facilities Transformation up 13% to £1,401m.
Average daily net debt including leases was £440m, leverage 1.2x EBITDA within its 0.75-1.5x target, the board recommended a final dividend of 3.1p (total 4.5p, up 5%) and announced a £100m share buyback for FY27, including c.£40m remaining from the prior programme.
