Time Out Group (LSE:TMO) has agreed a deal with The Crown Estate to open Time Out Market London at the 10 Piccadilly development, 55 Regent Street, marking the first such venue in the AIM-listed media and hospitality company's home city.
The Market is expected to open in summer 2028, overlooking Piccadilly Circus on a stretch of Regent Street that draws annual footfall of approximately 74 million.
It will span more than 26,000 sq ft across three floors, housing around 15 restaurants, bars and food businesses alongside a year-round programme of live entertainment curated by Time Out's editors.
Time Out Market has grown from its first site in Lisbon in 2014 to 13 operational Markets worldwide, drawing more than 12 million visitors annually, with five more currently in development.
The company said the London opening would deepen ties between its Market business and its Media arm, which reaches approximately 280 million people monthly across editorial, social and events channels.
"Bringing the globally recognised Time Out Market concept home to London is both a celebration of where we began and a statement of where we are going," said Chris Ohlund, chief executive.
Charles Owen, head of Regent Street at The Crown Estate, said the venue "will introduce an exciting new food and drink destination in the heart of London's West End."
The exact opening date and culinary partners will be announced in due course.
