It has acquired its first solar development project in Lombardy, expanding its Italian pipeline to around 212 MWp as it targets 240 MWp by the end of 2026.

It has bought a 10 MWp Italian development project, pushing its solar pipeline past its 2026 goal ahead of schedule.

The renewable energy developer will use the proceeds to fund a new biogas project, arbitration costs and its solar pipeline.

The 4.5-hectare site sits on the A1 motorway corridor north of Rome, next to an established industrial area with access to major transport infrastructure.

Italy-focused uranium explorer Reveille Resources has admitted to the Aquis Growth Market, raising £2 million to advance two historically significant uranium deposits in northern Italy.

Zenith Energy will receive two classes of warrants in Reveille Resources upon its admission, adding to the company's existing position in the uranium spin-out.

Confidentiality and exclusivity agreements are now in place with Reabold and Portillion to pursue a combined approximate 82% controlling interest in Daybreak Oil and Gas, with a 90-day period for due diligence and negotiation.

It is monetising a non-core asset to fund its Italian solar development.

The small-cap gas firm has issued new shares in private placements in the UK and Norway, issued 20.96m shares to settle debt and agreed an unsecured £2m convertible facility.

Zenith Energy agreed to acquire two 2.5 MWp solar development projects in Puglia, Italy, with payment deferred until required permits are secured and the sites reach Ready-to-Build status.

The company said the acquisition of the Rieti‑2 agrivoltaic project (≈10 MWp) for EUR 1,020,000 payable on securing permits and Ready‑to‑Build status lifts Zenith's solar development pipeline to 173.5 MWp, all secured in less than 12 months.
