Arc Minerals shares rallied sharply, rising 27.0% to 0.508 after the company executed a comprehensive settlement ending all outstanding litigation in Zambia.

The agreement between Handa Resources, Unico Minerals and Kopara Investments on one side and Zambia Mineral Exchange Corporation, Lunda Resources and Mumena Mushinge on the other terminates eight sets of proceedings across multiple Zambian courts and tribunals.

"I am very pleased we have reached a comprehensive and final resolution of all outstanding legal disputes in Zambia and can now focus on advancing exploration and development activities across Botswana and Zambia," Rémy Welschinger, CEO, said.
